Job Description We''re looking for a Product Lead to lead our Onboarding experiences at Wise. This role will oversee three of the most important teams in Wise: Consumer Onboarding, Account Setup, and Account Access and Recovery. Your mission is to ensure that every new customer - personal or business - can join Wise easily, securely, and with full clarity on how to get value from our products. This is a high-impact leadership role where you''ll work across product, engineering, design, analytics, compliance, operations and marketing to dramatically improve conversion, eliminate drop-offs, and build a world-class onboarding experience for all our customers.
