Key Responsibilities  Senior Product leadership experience (Head of Dept/VP/Director level) Define and lead the overall product strategy and roadmap Ensure alignment between product direction, clients'' needs, and company priorities Lead and develop a high-performing Product organisation Establish clear priorities across teams, maintaining a focus on delivering value for clients and consumers Ensure the four propositions operate as a joined-up ecosystem Deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across B2B and B2C products Develop B2B2C journeys that provide a clear and simple experience for end users Ability to identify where AI can improve user experience and efficiency</description>
