This is an exciting opportunity to support both new and existing product development projects.This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in product development or a recent graduate eager to begin their career in the food industry. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the NPD Manager across all new and existing product development projectsAssist in recipe development using recipe sheets and raw materials, producing samples for customersConduct taste panel trials for both new and existing productsLiaise with suppliers to source new raw materials, manage costings, and maintain accurate ingredient specificationsPrepare and deliver customer samples on time, including all supporting documentation and preliminary specificationsCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectivesEnsure compliance with BRC and HACCP standards during all NPD activitiesOrganise and participate in factory trials, supporting timely and efficient product launchesCommunicate trial outcomes and next steps (e.g. product, packaging, or process changes) to relevant ..... full job details .....
