This role combines technical leadership with project oversight, ensuring successful delivery of product development activities from concept through to completion while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate laboratory research for assay development projectsAssess and verify the diagnostic performance of immunoassaysAct as a technical lead and key interface with internal teams and external partnersContribute to cross-functional product development teamsSupport and participate in technical investigations and problem-solving activitiesManage and mentor a small team of Product Development Scientists (2-3 direct reports)Monitor project progress, timelines, and performance alongside project management teamsAssist with budgeting and forecasting for product development activitiesEnsure compliance with SOPs, governance procedures, and quality standardsSupport preparation of regulatory submission documentation and respond to regulatory queriesCollaborate across global teams as ..... full job details .....
