Click Here to find out more!Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salaryHoliday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays)Private medical insurance26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 years\'' service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully paid paternity leaveFree 24/7 virtual GP service, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for you and your family, free access to a range of experts to support your mental wellbeingYou will be responsible forLeading the product development process with my NWT and suppliers, ensuring quality and innovation are at the heart of what we do and all new products have clear customer and business rationale and land with maximum impact.Ensuring all our products are formulated in line with our product rules, corporate initiatives and brand guidelines.Owning and managing the critical path and artwork process using our product development systems, effective stakeholder management and communication to ensure all products are launched on time.Developing and driving a future strategic plan for my area that feeds into and compliments the product and category plan.Working collaboratively with product direction to ensure cross category projects and seasonal events are delivered.Ensuring our products are always great quality by regularly reviewing and reformulating them where needed.Visiting our supplier partners to understand their production capabilities for future opportunities.Keeping updated with trends in product and packaging, competitor activity and market dynamics and sharing with my team.Advocate for Tesco, sharing my expertise and passion for product, actively participating in events and social media.Leading change and contributing to the wider business taking ownership and ensuring delivery of x-functional projects.Considering commercial implications throughout development in order to maximise quality.Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best.Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.You will needProject management skills and prioritisation.Influencing, clear communication and presentation skills.Innovative and conceptual thinking.Data analysis and decision making.Leading change and a proactive attitude.Commercial awareness.End to end product and proposition development.Range management in a fast paced environment.Experience of working in the food industry or formal qualification.A passion for product and trends.#LI-EF1#LI-HybridAbout us
