This role will lead on new product development, ensuring a portfolio of highly relevant fundraising and engagement products, and will lead on the development of the flagship regular giving product Inspire , transforming it from a successful minimum viable product to a scalable source of sustainable income. This is a superb opportunity in which you will be able to innovatively support the development of new products across the Income and Engagement Directorate, using a test and learn approach to turn ideas and insight into effective campaigns and products. To be successful as the Product Development Manager, you will need:A fundraising background with proven experience delivering supporter centric fundraising campaigns or products.Experience working across a range of fundraising products, particularly across Individual Giving and regular giving.Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
