They will be accountable for the strategic leadership, development, and continuous improvement of the Council''s NEC Revenues and Benefits system as well as the underpinning NEC Document Management System. The role acts as the single accountable product owner, ensuring the platform is secure, resilient, compliant, and aligned to service priorities.
