The Role As a Product Innovation Engineer, you''ll play a key role in designing and developing innovative mobility and securement systems. Working closely with engineering, production, quality, and international teams, you''ll help deliver safe, reliable, and commercially viable products that meet the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Design and develop new mobility and vehicle adaptation products Create concepts, prototypes, and test solutions using CAD and hands-on engineering techniques Support projects throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept to production Conduct product testing, validation, and root cause investigations Produce technical documentation, including DFMEAs, specifications, and validation plans Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective Support vehicle integration and installation development Liaise with suppliers, testing facilities, and external partners Contribute to continuous improvement and ..... full job details .....
