We are seeking a passionate Product Development Coordinator for Skincare to join our team.The role involves coordinating skincare development stages, supporting the NPD team and Charlotte Tilbury artists, managing product research, sample organization, and testing coordination. You will also assist in project management tasks such as reviewing supplier submissions and supporting strategic reformulations and regional product developments. Previous experience in beauty product development is essential.Key Responsibilities

Support skincare development activities with the NPD team and global artistsCoordinate project tasks and manage feedback from global artistsOrganize and track samples from suppliers and internal teamsCoordinate product testing and prepare materials for meetingsManage project trackers and timelinesCommunicate and brief suppliers on projectsSupport regional product innovation initiativesMaintain sample archives and project documentationResearch industry trends and support visual presentationsAssist the NPD team with general tasksCandidate Profile
