Job OverviewAn exciting new opportunity is available for a Product Development Assistant.This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting our in-house brand team across product, product development and sales. You''ll be highly organised, confident managing multiple projects and deadlines, and have strong attention to detail with a genuine passion for product and product development.As a key member of a small, productive team, you''ll support the delivery of our own-brand product ranges as they continue to grow. You''ll work confidently within systems and communicate clearly with Far East factories and suppliers, ensuring projects stay on track and are delivered on time in line with our critical path.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for own-brand products across product, product development and sales administrationSupport own-brand growth by improving products and processes, analysing data, updating the wider team and liaising with Far East factories and suppliersManage samples and prototypes, including placing orders, tracking deliveries, gathering feedback and flagging product improvementsMaintain accurate product set-up and data across internal systems and databasesManage internal and customer-facing spreadsheets covering product launches, range updates and sales administrationMaintain accurate and consistent product information across customer websitesHands on assistance reviewing physical product.
