The role involves developing licensed products from initial concept through to final production, working closely with customers, licensors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure products meet the required standards, costs and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Develop new products in line with customer briefs and licensed brand guidelines. Liaise with suppliers and factories to obtain prices, samples and product information. Manage product samples, artwork and approvals with licensors and customers. Ensure products meet quality, safety and compliance requirements. Monitor product development timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and market trends. Check product costs to ensure they meet target prices and profit margins. Maintain accurate product information, development records and critical paths.
