This role sits within a fast-growing B2B fintech that’s transforming how small and medium-sized businesses access finance. The company partners with leading banks, lenders, and financial platforms and uses live transactional data to deliver smarter decisioning and better customer outcomes, making it a trusted provider to some of the most recognisable names in financial services.They''re looking for a creative and passionate UX/UI Product Designer to join a growing Product team. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-focused experiences across their web and mobile platforms. If you love solving complex problems with elegant design and want to make an impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this could be the role for you.What you’ll be doingCollaborating with product managers, developers, and customer teams to design innovative solutions.Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-quality mockups that bring ideas to life.Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.Translating complex requirements into simple, user-friendly journeys.Helping define and maintain design standards, ensuring a consistent look and feel across platforms.Staying up to date with UX/UI trends and sharing knowledge within the team.About youExperience working in product design roles (ideally in B2B SaaS or financial services).Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centred design, accessibility, and responsive principles.Confident communicator who can present and explain design choices.Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments.Bonus points if you’ve designed for SaaS/FinTech platforms, or worked within component frameworks (e.g. React, Tailwind).Salary: circa £45,000Please get in touch to hear more about the challenges that they are expecting this hire to solve. ..... full job details .....
