Product Research and Development Co-Ordinator / Trainee Co-Ordinator Blackpool, Lancashire Competitive Salary Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Permanent I''m working with an established and innovative business within the environmental and safety products sector, who are looking to add a Product Research and Development Co-Ordinator / Trainee Co-Ordinator to their RandD team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys research, developing ideas, understanding customers and taking projects from an initial concept through to launch. You''ll play a key role in supporting the development of new products, working across the business to turn customer and market insight into commercially viable product ideas. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting market and competitor research to identify customer needs, market gaps and opportunities Generating and evaluating new product ideas Keeping up to date with industry trends, innovations and commercial opportunities Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and develop product concepts Organising and attending face-to-face customer research meetings Preparing detailed design briefs for the Product Design team Project managing new product development projects, ensuring key milestones are delivered Working closely with Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations Preparing and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders Coordinating activities around new product launches Supporting the ongoing ..... full job details .....
