The Role We are looking for a Product Designer to help us shape user experiences that directly impact the recruiter and client experience, through innovative design solutions. You will be a talented designer, who thrives in a collaborative environment and will contribute to building a design culture that prioritises user feedback and iterative design. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, design strategy and user experience Utilise user-centred design principles to create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile applications Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis and testing outcomes to enhance user experience Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders, providing rationale based on user research and best practices Maintain an up-to-date understanding of UX/UI trends, tools and technologies to continuously elevate design ..... full job details .....
