Product Design Lead

Role OverviewWe''re hiring a Product Design Lead to champion visual and interface design across Nest''s products and services. In this role, you''ll own the quality and consistency of our UX and UI, collaborating with brand, service design and product teams to turn ideas into elegant, intuitive interfaces that put accessibility and usability first. You''ll translate insights into high-fidelity designs, streamline user journeys, enhance our design system, and work closely with developers to bring exceptional experiences to life, helping shape the future of pensions for our members, employers and partners.The minimum criteria for this role are:Significant experience as a product, UX/UI designer preferably within the pensions or wider financial services sectorStrong understanding of mobile and responsive design principles and accessible design by defaultExperience working with and enhancing design systemsA portfolio of work showcasing high-quality visual design work across digital platformsProficiency with UX and UI design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe, Sketch or similarStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with other designers, engineering and product teams Strong attention to detail while keeping the product vision and CX strategy in focusAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate and defend design decisions to a variety of stakeholders When applying for this role, please ensure you include a link to your portfolio on CV or on ..... full job details .....
