Product Design Lead Dynamic working: 4 days per week on-site Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship Copello is working with a highly respected engineering organisation within the defence sector to recruit a C2 Product Design Lead. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a complex command and control (C2) product that sits at the core of advanced systems operating in dynamic environments. You will lead the design and development of hardware and software solutions across multiple programmes, helping to deliver innovative, high-performance capabilities that meet evolving customer requirements. With strong growth and increasing demand across international markets, this role offers the chance to influence product direction while working across the full development lifecycle. Responsibilities : Leading a small team delivering new equipment software designs Supporting development of new hardware build standards Engaging with wider project stakeholders within the design process Meeting project schedules by reporting accurate progress and predicting completion dates Management of change management processes and point of embodiment of new designs What we''re looking for from you: An understanding of the software development lifecycle Experience in developing software design definition baselines from requirements to products ready for testing Ability to lead small teams to achieve planned outcomes ..... full job details .....
