The role will focus on Digital Engineering initiatives, working across multiple suppliers and stakeholders to deliver mechanical engineering capabilities in a safety-critical environment.Essential Skills and Experience10+ years'' experience within Aerospace or Defence engineering programmes.Strong Mechanical Systems engineering background.Experience with Digital Engineering, Digital Thread, and Model-Based Engineering (MBE).Knowledge of 3D CAD/MBD environments, kinematics, multibody dynamics, actuation systems, GDandT, and tolerance analysis.Understanding of Reliability and Maintainability engineering principles.Proven experience managing delivery across multiple suppliers and stakeholders.Active SC clearance is essential.DesirableSAFe Agile experience or certification.Knowledge of ARP4754A, ARP4761, and DO-160.Experience with Digital Twin and co-simulation technologies.
