Product Definition Lead

Talentmark is recruiting for a Product Definition lead-to join a company in the medical devices industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is fully site-based in Motherwell.-

Salary:

From -22.98 to -25.54 per hour PAYE

Product Definition Lead Role:

• Drive the success of our product definition initiatives and guide the technical direction of complex systems.-
• Manage, coach and develop a team of specialised systems and requirements engineers
• Oversee and lead the product definition for technically complex POC systems
• Drive requirements engineering, elicitation, and thorough evaluations for completeness
• Support the engineering team with technical issue identification, rapid resolution and closure.

Your Background:

• Hold a Master''s or PhD in engineering, life sciences, or a related scientific subject.
• A proven track record of 5 or more years in requirements engineering, systems engineering, or product definition, preferably within the medical device, diagnostics, or a heavily regulated industry.
  
  
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a true passion for solving problems both individually and in collaborative, interdisciplinary team settings.
  
  
• A high degree of flexibility, proactiveness, and strategic vision to steer point-of-care platforms in line with global business goals.
  
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and quick-thinking skills, with a track record of translating business and clinical needs into precise requirements.
