Overview

Product Data Manager - Engineering Information Control located in London or Southampton. Responsible for robustly controlling and managing all engineering data related to Silverstream Technologies products.Responsibilities

Select, implement and maintain a Product Data Management (PDM) system that meets business requirementsEnhance throughput, control and quality of product and project deliveryReport to the Chief EngineerEssential qualifications, skills and experience

Experience of PDM systems, specifically implementation and management throughout the engineering lifecycleExperience improving enterprise integration of CAD/PLM/PDM/ERP toolsetsAble to translate user requirements into system and sub-system requirements for tool selectionConstruct effective audit tools for compliance tracking (VandV)Ability to multi-task on multiple projects to strict time scalesUnderstands business objectives and can influence stakeholdersStrong interpersonal skillsDesirable qualifications, skills and experience

Higher Degree in Engineering / Naval Architecture or related subjectChartered Engineering Status preferableProven track record of 10+ years developing solutions in multi-disciplinary engineering teamsBenefits
