Product Compliance Coordinator Location: Hinxworth, HertfordshireSalary: £30,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, Job Type: PermanentDepartment: Quality Assurance About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused Compliance Coordinator to support the Technical Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance department. This is a varied role focused on product compliance, supplier management, testing, packaging and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and keen to identify improvements and develop processes. Strong attention to detail and good general office skills, particularly Excel, are essential. Experience within quality control, regulatory, compliance or project coordination would be beneficial, although industry experience is not essential. SAP experience would also be advantageous but is not required. Key Responsibilities Support product compliance and ensure products meet relevant UK and EU regulations. Maintain technical files, compliance records, test reports and product documentation. Liaise with suppliers and overseas teams to obtain required compliance information. Coordinate product testing, quality inspections and follow-up actions. Review packaging, artwork, labels and manuals for compliance requirements. Support EPR, Plastic Packaging Tax, WEEE and battery compliance activities. Monitor supplier performance and assist with supplier onboarding and compliance assessments.
