Product Compliance Administrator

What will you be doing as a Product Compliance Administrator?
Working as part of a well established team. You will be carrying out an interesting and varied role. Duties will include:

• Liaising with factories, suppliers and buying offices
• Gathering documents and evidence to ensure all products adhere to relevant legal requirements
• Maintaining accurate records of compliance documents, certificates, and reports,
• Helping conduct simple reviews or risk assessments of new product
• Reviewing and verifying bill of materials (BOM) of products
• Coordinating with the sales team on compliance queries from customers
• Working with other departments to ensure certification and adherence to relevant legal requirements
• Supporting senior staff in identifying compliance risks through data analysis, audits, and product reviews

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Strong administration skills in a role involving compliance or quality such as Quality Administration, ISO or other regulation based role or possibly someone who has worked in a buying or purchasing admin role
• Experience in a similar Product Compliance role would be interesting
• Bright and keen to learn and develop a career in product compliance
• Comfortable using Word, Excel and email
• Experience using Acrobat Reader or Illustrator would be beneficial but not essential
