Inside ir35 Hybrid- every Monday in Ipswich or London Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders, product leaders, UX designers, engineers, and analytics specialists to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and define valuable outcomes. Facilitate discovery activities, workshops, interviews, journey mapping, and collaborative working sessions to uncover user needs and business problems. Translate strategic objectives, user needs, and business requirements into clear product initiatives, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery outcomes. Support product backlog creation, refinement, prioritisation, and release planning activities, ensuring work is aligned to customer and business value.
