Product Business Analyst- Broking We are currently recruiting for a Product Business Analyst with Broking experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract. Inside ir35 Hybrid- every Monday in Ipswich or London Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders, product leaders, UX designers, engineers, and analytics specialists to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and define valuable outcomes. Facilitate discovery activities, workshops, interviews, journey mapping, and collaborative working sessions to uncover user needs and business problems. Translate strategic objectives, user needs, and business requirements into clear product initiatives, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery outcomes. Support product backlog creation, refinement, prioritisation, and release planning activities, ensuring work is aligned to customer and business value. Collaborate closely with UX colleagues to understand user journeys, validate concepts, and shape intuitive and effective user experiences. Analyse business processes, customer workflows, and product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement. Use stakeholder feedback, operational insight, and product data to support informed prioritisation and decision-making.
