      <description>Location: Greater Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;40000/annum | Type: Permanent | Product and Process Improvement Engineer    Circa £40,000 DOE  Monday to Friday  8:30AM to 16:30PM (Flexible)  North Manchester   The Company   A well-established manufacturing business with a strong technical and operational setup. The site runs fast paced processes and requires a practical, hands-on engineer who can support daily activity, problem solving and continuous improvement. The environment is collaborative, quality focused and offers exposure to cross functional teams and multi-site operations. Occasional travel to other sites is required.   The Role   You will support engineering activity across the site, providing technical input into problem solving, process optimisation and improvement projects. The role is hands on and will work closely with production, operations and technical teams to maintain safe, efficient and reliable performance.  You will contribute to engineering projects, support documentation and compliance, and play a key role in day-to-day issue resolution.
