The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and an interest in beauty product creation. This role will help drive day-to-day coordination and support cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment. This role requires 5 days a week in the offices. Coordinate day-to-day tasks across PD & Design and support cross-functional alignment with internal teams. Create, manage, and track timelines and launch calendars for product development and special projects, monitoring critical path milestones and risks to ensure on-time delivery. Organize, log, and maintain samples within the production room and manage PD/Design sampling stock and product libraries. Coordinate sample requests to support launch readiness, content development, and cross-team needs.
