The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and an interest in beauty product creation. This role will help drive day-to-day coordination and support cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment. This role requires 5 days a week in the offices. Coordinate day-to-day tasks across PD and Design and support cross-functional alignment with internal teams.Create, manage, and track timelines and launch calendars for product development and special projects, monitoring critical path milestones and risks to ensure on-time delivery.Organize, log, and maintain samples within the production room and manage PD/Design sampling stock and product libraries.Coordinate sample requests to support launch readiness, content development, and cross-team needs.Support packaging artwork reviews and mock-ups, proofreading for compliance with brand standards and internal parameters.Support basic design asset needs under guidance from the Art Director.Manage vendor production...
