We''re currently 90+ people strong and we have clear plans to scale the business. We play in the Salesforce stack. We configure where we can, but if we need to build Lightning Component or Heroku apps to drive revenues, we do. Whatever we do, we want to do it better.

Responsibilities:
As a Product Analyst you work closely with the client, product team and developers to deliver new productsYou write user stories based on client requirements, create process diagrams, test, and document the features that we buildYou understand Agile software development and will support the Client Product Manager in all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning and RetrospectivesYou help the Client Product Manager drive the roadmap and motivate the team to meet deadlinesYou have a keen eye for detail and apply this to writing user stories and testingYou care about the architecture of platform and understand how to balance customer requirements with what is possibleYou work within the Salesforce Platform and are continuously learning how we build insurance products in this tech stackYou will plan releases and outcomes with the Client Product Manager and Tech LeadYou are a doer who needs little direction and is outcome oriented
Must haves:Experience working in or with MGAs or Carriers in the Lloyd’s insurance marketUnderstanding of the Lloyd’s market, speciality lines, and the nuanced demands of niche insurance productsExperience and understanding of the insurance industry specifically PandC or Speciality Insurance productsA keen desire to learn on the jobA proven background in Product Development, Business Analysis or Management ConsultingExperience working with or an understanding of Agile software development and associated ceremoniesAn understanding of how to interpret client requirements and turn them into well-written, clear user storiesAn understanding of how to test developer work and provide feedbackAn understanding of product management tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience working with developers to deliver digital products or solutionsWillingness to operate within the Salesforce ecosystem and a keen desire to learn how insurance products are builtYou should know or be willing to learn the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycleStrong communication skills to collaborate with both clients and your teamUnderstand what an exceptional user experience entails and how to deliver it whilst balancing against other competing prioritiesYou are able to step into a fast paced and highly motivated environment to add value and perspectiveMotivated and curious – we don’t expect you to know everything nowKnowledge or experience working in the insurance industry highly advantageous
