If you enjoy orchestrating stakeholders, capturing requirements, and driving clarity in a fast-moving environment, this is an excellent opportunity.Key Skills and Experience Supporting improvements within the organisation''s UK onboarding and underwriting system (FICO).Gathering, documenting, and validating requirements from multiple stakeholder groups.Coordinating with Compliance, Underwriting, Credit, and Technical teams to align workflows.Leading the orchestration of a key project to increase auto-decisioning from 22% to 52%.Mapping processes, identifying gaps, and helping shape system enhancements.Preparing and delivering presentations and updates for leadership teams.Supporting small system changes and ensuring clarity between what stakeholders want and what development teams must build.Working within a SAFE/Agile structure and participating in relevant ..... full job details .....
