This role will support the procurement and commissioning of technology products and services that underpin the delivery of digital and technology services to citizens, colleagues, and partner organisations across the district. The successful candidate will have significant public sector procurement experience and a strong understanding of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR 2015) and Procurement Act 2023 . You will be responsible for sourcing technology hardware, software, and services through frameworks and tendering processes, negotiating contracts, and securing best value for the Council.
