Key responsibilities
Creation and delivery of a national procurement and supply chain management strategy.Procurement and supply chain leaders with mainly construction experience from any medium to large main contractor, national search.Experience of creating procurement strategies nationally or for a business unit, and had the resilience to manage a significant change programme. They also needed board level exposure.Finding candidates of an appropriate calibre willing to consider a newly created business that was demerging from a struggling group.Our Approach
