Procurement Specialist

We''re seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join a high-performing team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver end-to-end procurement activity across a range of projects, driving value, efficiency, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.You will be required to work on a hybrid basis of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote for the duration of the project.This role is a contract position working inside IR35.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end procurement activity, from sourcing strategy through to contract awardEngage stakeholders to understand requirements and provide commercial supportLead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and selectionEnsure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and relevant regulationsDevelop and manage supplier relationships to drive value and performanceSupport contract management activities, including risk mitigation and performance trackingProduce clear procurement documentation, reports, and audit trailsSkills and ExperienceProven experience in a procurement or sourcing role within complex environmentsExperience across Estates, Finance, People, Pensions and Operations Strong knowledge of procurement processes, governance, and best practiceDemonstrated ability to lead negotiations and deliver commercial outcomesConfident stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience managing multiple procurement activities simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving ..... full job details .....
