Procurement SpecialistLocation: PooleHours: Full-time (40 hrs per week, between 07:00-17:30)An established and growing business is looking to recruit a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing and supplier coordination across an allocated product category. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong attention to detail and experience working closely with suppliers in a fast-paced supply chain environment.The RoleYou will take ownership of the purchase order lifecycle, ensuring timely ordering, accurate system data and high service levels. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you''ll be responsible for expediting orders, resolving issues and maintaining accurate supplier and product records across multiple business systems.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of purchase ordersRaising purchase orders accurately and on time using ERP/business systemsChasing and reviewing supplier acknowledgements and escalating issues where requiredExpediting orders to maintain availability and service levelsUpdating systems with order status, pricing, lead times and supplier informationSupporting inbound deliveries, documentation and import clearanceManaging manufacturing tolerances and supporting supplier payment processesRecording and closing supplier non-conformances (NCRs)Maintaining supplier and product master data, including price changes and lifecycle updatesSupporting new product and new supplier setup, ensuring all mandatory data is ..... full job details .....
