This role would suit someone commercially aware, organised and proactive, who enjoys balancing operational purchasing with supplier management and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement and Supplier ManagementSource and procure raw materials, components and services in line with business requirementsRequest and evaluate supplier quotations, ensuring alignment with cost, quality and delivery expectationsBuild and maintain strong supplier relationshipsNegotiate with suppliers to achieve best value, including cost savings and improved termsChallenge existing suppliers, pricing and processes to drive efficiencies and improvementsMonitor supplier performance, including quality, pricing and lead timesOrder Management and Material PlanningRaise and manage purchase orders using ..... full job details .....
