Procurement Specialist (NHS) - 5 Month Contract - NorwichVIQU are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join an NHS client, responsible for delivering complex procurement activity across clinical and non-clinical digital health technologies, systems and managed services.The successful Procurement Specialist will focus on driving value, supporting major digital transformation initiatives, managing high-value contracts, and ensuring compliance with public sector procurement regulations.Role Responsibilities Lead the procurement of digital health equipment, software, systems and managed services through compliant competitive tendering processes.Develop and deliver category strategies, procurement work plans and long-term sourcing roadmaps aligned to organisational priorities.Manage high-value digital procurement projects, providing commercial and contractual expertise throughout the procurement life cycle.Lead supplier negotiations, contract award activities and ongoing contract performance management to maximise value and service quality.Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, digital and external stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic transformation programmes.Analyse procurement data, identify savings and efficiency opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across digital health categories.
