Procurement SpecialistLocation: London, PaddingtonWHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDEDDevelopment, coordination and management of key suppliers in Marketing, Retail, Service and LogisticsHave experience in working with Marketing Agencies, as 60% of work are
marketing related, such as Media, Advertising purchasing.Report relevant supplier KPIs and drive performanceRisk identification and mitigation, anticipating challengesTake ownership of issues, resolving them in line with business needRecommend and implement process improvements to improve supplier relationship and increase supplier long list.Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of projects and expectations.Drive best practice and deliver continuous improvementWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMinimum:Experience in supplier managementExperience of sourcing and procuringExperience in contract managementAbility to work in a dynamic, team-oriented, fast-paced environment.High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office and ERP softwareWith a valid work permit.
