Procurement Specialist - IT, MandA, Separation and DivestmentWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support complex transformation programmes across IT, MandA, separation, and divestment activities. This is an inside IR35 contract role.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused procurement professional with strong stakeholder management skills and experience operating within fast-paced, changing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead procurement activities across IT and business transformation programmesSupport mergers, acquisitions, separations, and divestments from a procurement perspectiveManage supplier negotiations, contract reviews, and sourcing activitiesCoordinate Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and supplier exit plansIdentify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational continuityWork closely with legal, finance, IT, and programme teams to manage procurement risks and dependenciesBuild and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationshipsRequirementsProven experience in procurement and strategic sourcingStrong background in IT procurementExperience supporting MandA transactions, separations, carve-outs, or divestmentsExcellent contract negotiation and supplier management skillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in complex programme environmentsDesirableExperience within large corporate or consulting environmentsKnowledge of procurement transformation ..... full job details .....
