We are partnering with a Not-for-Profit client seeking an Interim Procurement Specialist to start immediately to join this small procurement team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic organisation with a contract initially for around 6 months.

Description
Key responsibilities for the Procurement Specialist:
- Drafting clear and compliant tender documents within tight deadlines
- Issuing tender documents promptly and managing the procurement process
- Undertaking thorough tender analysis and managing contract award procedures
- Supporting bid writing, specifically the procurement sections
- Applying a strong understanding of the New Procurement Act in day-to-day activities
- Reviewing existing frameworks in preparation for forthcoming tenders
Profile
A successful Procurement Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in procurement within the public sector
- Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly and independently
- Strong knowledge of current procurement legislation, including the New Procurement Act
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Job Offer
- Daily rate of -300 to -450, depending on experience and qualifications.
