The Role As a Procurement Specialist, you will support the delivery of strategic sourcing and supplier management across assigned categories, ensuring best value and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide procurement expertise to new projects, manage supplier relationships, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, and performance. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the development and implementation of category strategies. Managing supplier performance, compliance, and risk through effective SRM. Driving sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and contract management. Providing data and insights to support decision-making. Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and contract compliance. Supporting new product introduction projects with category expertise. Leading by example and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
