Procurement SpecialistLocation: WarwickDaily Rate: (Apply online only) per day DOE Contract Length: 6 Months Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organisation''s objectives and requirements.Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and evaluate their performance.Prepare and issue requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and other procurement documents.Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms while ensuring compliance with organisational standards.Manage supplier relationships to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.Monitor and report on procurement activities, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives, offering procurement expertise as needed.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies in all procurement activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
