Procurement Project Support (Multilingual) Location: Flexible / Remote Rate: 29,000 to 34,000 pro rata Start Date: ASAP Contract End Date: 31 December 2026We are seeking a Procurement Project Support professional to join a supplier on-boarding project. This role will support the administration and coordination of on-boarding activities within our supplier registration system and ERP platform, helping to ensure supplier records are accurate, complete, and compliant.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify supplier tiering, classification, and spend levelsInvite suppliers to on-boarding, prioritising critical and high-spend suppliersMonitor supplier registration progress and provide support to ensure timely completionReview and verify whether NDAs are requiredConfirm supplier payment terms at 60 daysVerify supplier documentation and recordsUpdate M3 classifications and on-boarding status where requiredMaintain accurate vendor master data and supplier informationKey DeliverablesSuccessful on-boarding of identified legacy suppliersCleansed and accurate M3 classifications and naming conventionsUpdated and validated vendor master recordsHigh-quality supplier data to support procurement operationsEssential RequirementsFluent in English and one of the following languages: Italian, French, or GermanBasic understanding of supplier on-boarding processesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAdministrative experience with excellent attention to detailAbility to learn new systems and ..... full job details .....
