      <description>Location: Bristol | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Contract | Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our public sector client, who is seeking a Procurement Officer for an initial six-month assignment with the option to extend.Location: Hybrid working - Bristol (x2 days per week onsite)About the role: You will be responsible for developing autonomous sourcing plans, process designs and implementation products. Additionally, you will be identifying suitable use cases for one-off purchases and supplier onboarding.The ideal candidate will hold Active SC clearance have a strong background in delivery Procurement/ Commercial support, with the following skills and experience:Experience in commercial sourcing, procurement improvement or route-to-market delivery.Knowledge around Tail Spend.Experience translating commercial policy into clear, controlled user journeys and products.Strong stakeholder engagement, implementation planning and risk-management skills.Digital procurement, guided buying, AI-enabled systems experience (Desirable)</description>
