Role: Procurement Officer Type: Interim contract (initial 6 months, strong potential to become permanent) Salary: c 22 per hour - 39,862 - 42,839 pa, pro rata for part-timeHybrid: Hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in office) Location: WarwickshireThe role can either be part-time at 29.6 hours per week (over 4 or 5 days) or full-time, 37 hours per week Sellick Partnership is partnering with a public sector organisation in Warwickshire to recruit a Procurement Officer on an interim basis, with strong potential for the role to become permanent. This is a great opportunity for a procurement professional looking to develop their experience within a structured public sector environment, supporting a varied procurement workload and contributing to service improvement. The responsibilities of the Procurement Officer will include:Supporting end-to-end procurement activity, including assisting with tender exercises and documentationWorking with stakeholders to ensure procurement processes are followed and compliantAssisting with evaluation processes and contract award activitySupporting supplier engagement and contract management activitiesContributing to the maintenance of procurement records, systems, and contract registersUndertaking basic spend analysis to support cost-saving and efficiency initiativesProviding advice and guidance to colleagues on procurement processes where requiredSupporting general procurement administration, including FOI responses and website updates ..... full job details .....
