This is a newly created opportunity to bring procurement in-house, build the function and drive genuine commercial value across the Group. With over 6,200 homes in management, a number of subsidiaries and an ambitious development programme, there is significant scope to leverage Group-wide buying power, improve value for money and strengthen procurement governance. The Role Reporting to the Director of Finance and managing a Buyer, you will lead procurement across the Group, developing and embedding a comprehensive procurement framework aligned with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
