Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies and routes to market. Conduct market analysis and supplier engagement activities to inform procurement approaches. Produce procurement plans, risk registers, and governance documentation. Draft and manage tender documentation, including Statements of Requirement, evaluation methodologies, and supplier guidance. Support the development of commercial and business case documentation. Lead procurement activities through compliant procurement processes and framework agreements.
