This is a hands-on leadership role focusing on managing the procurement operations and a small procurement team, including day-to-day team management, supporting development, and performing procurement duties aligned with business growth.This position will involve shaping both the procurement operations and the culture and ethos of the team. The role is on site in the Bristol office and offers a salary of £42,000 - £48,000 plus a 10% bonus.Key Responsibilities

Lead a small procurement team, responsible for handling a spend exceeding £25MAlign purchasing strategy with sales plans and stock managementUnderstand and manage key partnerships with external purchasing groupsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise margins and execute seasonal/bulk stock plansEnhance ERP systems capabilitiesIdeal Experience
