Procurement Manager - HM Government Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our client in the HM Government, who is seeking a Procurement Manager for an initial 6-month assignment.Location: Hybrid working - London or Bristol Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in Procurement Management, including the following skills and experience:Proficiency in writing Outline Business Cases (OBC) in accordance with HM Treasury''s Green Book and the Five Case Model.Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations, specifically the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015.Proven experience in handling complex, high-value corporate procurement''s within the public sector.Experience in managing the Pre-Procurement Plan and developing the overall procurement strategy.Hands-on experience managing procurement processes through CCS Frameworks.To apply, please submit your latest CV for review. ..... full job details .....
