Currently undergoing an exciting growth journey, they are now looking for a Procurement Manager to lead a small purchasing team and improve procurement strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to own and lead various procurement optimisation projects within the business! Role / Description Leading a small purchasing team internallyCarrying out training, development and performance reviews of the teamUnderstanding the current purchasing and stock management processesIdentifying areas for improvement to increase efficienciesUsing the internal ERP, and utilising the system to its full potentialManaging the full procurement process for a range of speciality chemicalsNegotiating contracts with suppliersCreating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the suppliersLiaising with multiple departments in the business including Logistics and Sales.
