Procurement Manager
We''re recruiting for an experienced Procurement Manager / Project Buyer to join a small, well-established business operating in a fast-paced, technical project environment.This is a varied and hands-on role where you''ll take ownership of procurement activity across multiple projects, working closely with internal teams and trusted suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.What''s on offerSalary £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) 23 days holiday + bank holidays 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday Early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays Genuine autonomy and influence within a small business Varied role with real ownership across projects and suppliers Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement of materials, components and subcontract servicesProduce and review Bills of Materials and material estimatesEnsure timely ordering and delivery aligned to project schedulesNegotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms with suppliersBuild and maintain strong supplier relationshipsSource and onboard new suppliers, products and processesMaintain accurate purchasing records, purchase orders and invoice reconciliationSupport procurement of samples, prototypes and replacement materialsWork closely with internal teams (Design, Workshop, Installation and Finance) to support project deliveryCoordinate logistics, transport and supply chain requirementsSupport planning, problem-solving and risk mitigation across live ..... full job details .....
