Procurement Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to take ownership of the procurement function, driving best practice, strengthening supplier relationships, and supporting the company''s ongoing growth and development. You will play a key role in ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement efficient procurement processes, policies, and best practices across the business. Lead and manage procurement activities to ensure continuity of supply and operational excellence. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners. Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms. Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and service level agreements, ensuring continuous improvement. Identify and deliver cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality, reliability, or service levels. Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and performance reviews. Work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, production, and finance to support business objectives.
