We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee key indirect categories such as Marketing, Sales, Travel, HR, Facility Management, and Financial Services. Day-to-Day of the Role: Category Strategy: Develop and implement robust category strategies that align with overarching business goals. Sourcing and Negotiation: Lead end-to-end sourcing projects and handle commercial/contractual negotiations to enhance service and cost efficiency. Contract Management: Proactively monitor and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle to meet stakeholder needs. Savings and Value Creation: Identify savings opportunities, build business cases, and present recommendations to decision-makers. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Manage key vendor relationships to ensure high service quality, budget adherence, and risk mitigation. Governance and Operations: Enhance Procurement and Legal governance processes to streamline supplier onboarding and manage contract risks.
